One email address. Every step on record.
- You email one service address. Write the way you would to a colleague. "Please take a look" is enough.
- You get a reply in the same thread. It confirms we have the request, then asks any questions and reports what we found.
- The AI does the work. It diagnoses, changes and tests the system, and records what it did.
- A person approves every release. Nothing goes live until it has been checked. You then get a short release note in plain English: what changed, how it was tested, and how to undo it.
- A monthly readback. One page on what was done, what it cost, and what is next.

About our email
We send email only to clients and only about their own requests: receipts, questions, status updates, release notes and the monthly readback. We do not send marketing email or use bought lists. Each client can ask us to stop at any time.
